Prior to his work in the research and fraud examination industries, Robert Scott Russell of Naples was a longtime member of the Collier County Sheriff’s Office where he served loyally for more than sixteen years.
Initially a Law Enforcement Corporal Specialist with the Sheriff’s Office, Mr. Russell gained experience as a Detective assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division (Violent and Property Felony Crimes); a Hostage Negotiator; an Acting Patrol Shift Commander; and an Acting CID Unit Supervisor.
